It was a subdued wind down for Kane considering the three goals he scored to help the reigning German champions trounce the relegation candidates. His treble saw him break two records in the Bundesliga – becoming the first to score four hat-tricks in his first season and to strike at least twice in eight matches in his maiden campaign in the German top-flight.
DID YOU KNOW?
Kane now has 30 goals to his name in the Bundesliga, needing just 25 games to reach that milestone. With nine games left to play, he could still break Robert Lewandowski's record of 41 goals in a single season in the division. However, Bayern look certain to miss out on the title this season as Bayer Leverkusen could restore their 10-point lead at the top of the table by beating Wolfsburg on Sunday.
