According to a report by , Roma have accepted Turkish Super Lig giants Besiktas’ €20 million (£17m/$23m) bid for the striker, who spent the entirety of the 2024-25 season at AC Milan. A similar amount was offered by Russian outfit Zent St. Petersburg; however, it didn’t impress the 27-year-old.

Abraham joined Roma from Chelsea back in 2021 and scored 37 goals for them in 120 appearances. Last season, after he was called upon by Milan to bolster their attack, he impressed with 10 goals and seven assists in 44 outings. His sale provides a significant financial boost to Roma while the player is expected to earn around €6m per year at Besiktas.
